Church of Satanology Calls Out Hartford’s Double Standard on City Hall Flag

When Hartford raised a Christian flag over City Hall, Chaz Stevens and the Church of Satanology saw an opening—and they’re not letting it slide.

According to NBC Connecticut, the Hartford City Council voted to fly a Christian flag, claiming it represented “hope and faith” for the city.

Now Stevens, never one to miss a chance to spotlight government hypocrisy, has officially requested equal treatment: Fly the Church of Satanology flag or admit to religious favoritism.

City officials are trying to dodge, insisting that the flagpole isn’t a public forum and that only Council-approved flags are flown. But guess what?

When you pick one religion’s flag, you invite them all—or you’re violating the First Amendment.

Stevens’ move isn’t just mischief—it’s malicious compliance at its finest, weaponizing government inconsistency to expose the constitutional cracks.

Hartford picked a side. Now they’re about to learn what happens when you trample religious neutrality in public spaces.
