We don't do refunds for one simple reason—you're paying for expertise and ammunition, not a participation trophy.
1. Consulting & Services

No Refunds After Delivery: Once a strategy session, consulting call, or work product has been provided, all sales are final. The intellectual property has been transferred; you can’t return it.

Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, a $250 cancellation fee applies.

No-Shows: If you don't show up, you forfeit your session. No reschedules. No exceptions. Time is the only resource I can't print more of.
2. Physical Goods (Merch, Stickers, Shirts)

Made to Order: Most items (like T-shirts) are printed on demand. We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or wrong sizes ordered. Check the size chart before you buy.

Defective/Damaged Items: If your shirt arrives torn, or your sticker arrives looking like it went through a shredder, email us at [disrupt@revolt.training] with a photo. We will replace it immediately. We fix our mistakes; we don't fix your indecision.
3. Donations & Legal Defense Funds

Non-Refundable: Contributions to the "War Chest," "Legal Defense Fund," or any advocacy campaign are 100% non-refundable. These funds are deployed immediately for legal filings, research, and operational costs.

No Goods/Services Exchange: Unless otherwise stated (e.g., buying a sticker), donations are voluntary contributions to support public-interest advocacy.
4. Chargebacks & Service Fraud (The "Find Out" Phase)
If you initiate a chargeback after services have been delivered or merchandise has been shipped, we consider this theft.
We will pursue it to the fullest extent of the law, including:
- Criminal Referral: Filing a police report for wire fraud / theft of services.
- Civil Litigation: We will sue you for the original amount plus legal fees and damages.
- Collections: Submitting your debt to aggressive collections agencies.
- Blacklisting: You will be banned from all future services and publicly noted as a bad actor where applicable.
By purchasing from this site, you agree that any attempt to reverse legitimate charges is fraud and will be treated as such.
Our Guarantee
We stand by our work. If we screw up—like sending you the wrong shirt or missing a scheduled call—we will fix it. We are aggressive, but we are honorable.
